Smoking prevention

Smoking has been known to mankind since ancient times. In Russia, it became widespread in the late 17th and early 18th centuries. Currently, hundreds of millions of people are subject to this type of drug addiction and their number is growing every year. Tobacco companies, by spending huge amounts of money on advertising, are introducing more and more people to smoking.

The Harm of Smoking

the harm of smoking The harm of smoking has already been proven by numerous studies conducted both in our country and abroad.
The harm of smoking is manifested, first of all, in the fact that the resistance of the smoker's body to new diseases decreases and worsens the course of existing diseases . Along with the decrease in the resistance of the smoker's body to diseases, against this background, new diseases such as malignant neoplasms (cancer) accelerate or appear.
Smoking causes particular harm to the growing body of a child, teenager, woman. Those people who are near the smoker and are forced to breathe air containing tobacco breakdown products also suffer from passive smoking.
Tobacco contains a large number of ingredients, most of which are especially harmful to the body of the smoker and the people around him. The alkaloid nicotine, which is a neurotropic poison, causes particular harm from smoking. In addition to nicotine, such carcinogenic (cancer-promoting) substances as benzopyrene and its derivatives enter the smoker's lungs.

The Effect of Smoking on the Human Body

The Harm of Tobacco SmokingThe beginning of smoking always causes unpleasant sensations such as: sore throat, nausea, vomiting, but the desire to certainly learn to smoke makes the human body gradually get used to this poison.

This is how nicotine syndrome develops in smokers over time. What should be considered the beginning of nicotine syndrome? When a smoker was able to overcome the body's defenses (sore throat, nausea, vomiting, etc.) and the body stopped resisting the poison, it is at this moment that nicotine syndrome began to form.

Nicotine syndrome is divided into 3 stages: initial, chronic, late.

The first stage of nicotine syndrome: Smoking is systematic. A person is drawn to smoke and at the same time he gradually increases the number of cigarettes smoked. Almost all smokers note a feeling of increased performance, note an improvement in well-being. At this stage, there is no physical attraction to smoking and a person can quit smoking during this period. But with each new cigarette, susceptibility to nicotine increases. At this stage, healthy people do not show signs of somatic, neurological or mental illnesses. The duration of the stage is 3-5 years.

The second stage of nicotine syndrome: During this period, smoking is an obsessive desire. The smoker smokes to get a feeling of external comfort. At this stage, the smoker has already developed a morning cough, a rough voice (if for a man it is still okay, then for women it is disgusting). Therefore, the smoker, as soon as he wakes up, immediately grabs a cigarette in order to get rid of the discomfort. Also characteristic of this stage is the fact that somatic diseases begin to appear such as: bronchitis, symptoms of stomach damage (heartburn, pain in the abdomen), pain in the heart, changes in pulse, fluctuations in blood pressure. Neurosis-like symptoms, noise or heaviness in the head, sleep disturbances, increased irritability, decreased performance are also characteristic. The duration of the stage is on average from 5-15 years.

The third stage of nicotine syndrome: As a rule, tolerance to nicotine at this stage falls. At this stage, nicotine no longer causes pleasure. Smoking has an automatic, programmed character over the years. Physical attraction manifests itself in the form of shallow abstinence. Somatic changes: diseases take a severe course, especially from the cardiovascular system and lungs, and signs of precancer and cancer appear. Increased irritability, lethargy, poor performance may be noted. A smoker's sleep is poor, he oftenone hundred gets up at night to smoke a cigarette and thus improve his well-being. At this stage, the smoker looks very miserable, outwardly he is usually exhausted. At this stage, nothing will make the smoker quit smoking, even the news of cancer, and he will not be able to, it will do more harm. The smoker goes to the grave with a cigarette in his teeth.

For each smoker, the stages of nicotine syndrome develop individually and depend on the following reasons: the time of the beginning of cigarette use, age, gender, physical development of the person. Most smokers have always tried to quit smoking, but due to external causes (for example, nervous stress) they started again. At stage 2, a person can quit smoking only if he experiences even more stress from smoking - this can be a precancer or cancer condition. At stage 3, almost no one can quit smoking. Ask any smoker who has been smoking for more than a year: has he quit smoking? Almost 90% will answer YES! Especially all women quit smoking when problems with skin, lungs and voice began. But the addiction is so high that only a few quit.

The harm of smoking is obvious!!!

Yes, the harm of smoking is obvious, there is no need to prove anything, but nevertheless, more and more people start smoking, causing terrible harm to their bodies from smoking.

Teenage smoking

Children and teenagers, copying the behavior of their parents, and knowing little about the harm and consequences of smoking, become addicted to cigarettes. Children are drawn to smoking by curiosity, the desire to imitate and keep up with their peers and seem adults.

The Harm of Smoking for Women

The Harm of Smoking The Consequences of Smoking THE CONSEQUENCES OF SMOKING Girls, young women and women who have always been the keepers of the hearth, also keep up with the fashion that is actively imposed by glossy magazines and ubiquitous advertising. Nicotine is even more harmful to a woman than to a man, since she is about to become a mother.
Such women usually give birth to sick children, and there is no need to say that, like, Lyudka from that entrance smoked before and during pregnancy and nothing happened, she gave birth to 3800. There is no need to be such a naive fool, you are not a doctor and do not know about all the intricacies of children's health, this may still affect only in the future. It is painful to see how more and more smoking schoolgirls appear on our streets, who walk with a cigarette in their teeth, no longer embarrassed by passers-by and teachers. And to the question: what are you doing? They look at you like you are a fool and hysterically guffaw in a half-hoarse voice. Indeed, only a person with a strong psyche and an iron core inside can withstand this hellish world, where even at airports and train stations young beautiful girls come up and offer to try new cigarettes, enthusiastically telling how these cigarettes are “super light” and “super harmless” with a “super carbon filter”. Cigarettes are given away absolutely free of charge, because the tobacco mafia knows perfectly well that the smoker will return everything to them with interest. Truly, the top limit is when a teenage girl goes and offers cigarettes to the same teenage girls as herself. What can you do? Someone's human brain is capable of solving the problems of the century, and someone's is not capable of realizing the harm that he causes not only to himself, but also to others.
