One ??of the most common forms of addiction today is alcoholism. Each person's reaction to alcohol is individual, but most methods of treating alcoholism are based on one thing: the patient must realize that he needs help, since he cannot quit drinking on his own. Unfortunately, in reality, it is very difficult for a person with alcohol addiction to admit his illness, so he refuses any treatment. In such cases, it is necessary to treat alcoholism without the patient's knowledge.
Before considering methods of getting out of a binge without the patient's knowledge, it is necessary to find out what exactly is the negative effect of alcohol on the human body.
There are two forms of alcohol addiction - mental and physiological.
The first, mental, is much more difficult to treat, since in this case the neurotransmitter system (catecholamine system) is activated. The body begins to actively produce endogenous opiates, followed by a state of euphoria, suppression of pain and the formation of various emotions and behavioral reactions. Endogenous opiates are hormones that are responsible for the feeling of joy, happiness and other similar states, that is, they can be classified as the same drugs. Therefore, in order to speed up the process of their production, the alcoholic will have to constantly increase the "dose" of alcohol, as a result of which he develops withdrawal syndrome (psychoemotional disorders caused by the cessation of alcohol intake, usually when withdrawing from binge drinking). Therefore, treatment of alcoholism must be started already at the first stages of its manifestation.
Alcohol has a destructive effect on all organs of the human body, and the reason for this is acetaldehyde - a product of its decay, which causes chronic intoxication. Affecting the walls of blood vessels, the liver, the brain, it stimulates the development of atherosclerosis, hepatitis, encephalopathy and other diseases. Alcoholism often becomes the cause of personality degradation.
The most effective methods of treating alcohol addiction at home are medicinal herbs that have a diuretic and choleretic effect, which contributes to the rapid cleansing of the body. Bath procedures and thermal baths will be useful, as they accelerate blood circulation in tissues, remove toxins and eliminate congestion.
Healing serum. This drink can be consumed by everyone, not only by drinkers, as it completely cleanses the entire body, gives energy and strength, improves mood and, of course, discourages the desire to drink alcohol in general. To prepare, pour 1 liter of kefir with a fat content of 3.2% into an 8-liter enamel container, add barley, rye, wheat and oat flour, buckwheat and semolina ground in a coffee grinder (40 g of each bulk component). Fill the container with water to the very top, cover with gauze and leave for 3 days at a temperature of 24 degrees. After straining, give to the person with alcohol addiction 3 glasses a day at any time.
Sweet syrup. Treatment of alcoholism with such syrup is no less effective, besides, it relieves even the most severe liver and stomach pains caused by long-term consumption of alcoholic beverages. To prepare the syrup, you need to insist 80 g of tansy flowers and 2 tbsp. of yarrow flowers in 2 liters of cold water for 24 hours. Then put on the fire and remove from the fire a few minutes before boiling. Repeat this procedure after 5 hours, and then strain. Add sugar and honey (at the rate of 2 tbsp. of honey and 3 tbsp. of sugar per 1 liter of liquid), stir and boil for 6 minutes. Strain again, remove the foam and cool. The finished syrup should be stored in a cool place, preferably in the refrigerator. Use 25 ml every day before meals in the morning and before bed. Continue taking for 9 weeks, then take a break for a month and repeat a new 9-week course.
Thyme infusion. This infusion can be used both in its pure form and when used to treat alcoholism without the patient's knowledge, adding it directly to alcohol. To prepare, boil in a glasska under the lid insist for about 40-50 minutes 3 tbsp. dried thyme. Then strain, cool and give to the alcoholic to take three times a day at any time, 1 tbsp.
As a rule, the treatment of alcoholism at home is practiced by wives whose husbands do not admit their addiction and flatly refuse help in a hospital setting. Therefore, methods are used that cause a gag reflex when drinking alcoholic beverages. One of these is the
mushroom "Dung beetle"
. It is absolutely safe, and at the same time it helps to cope with the craving for alcohol.
You need to cook these mushrooms in any usual way (boil or fry) and treat the drinking person. It is important to ensure that alcohol is not consumed during such a meal, otherwise poisoning cannot be avoided. In the future, when drinking alcohol, the mushrooms will act, causing nausea and vomiting each time (one serving of mushrooms is enough for 2-3 days).
Also effective is the treatment of alcoholism without the patient's knowledge using insects, namely wood bug . This type of insect has a rather sharp specific smell, so if you insist a bottle of vodka on these bugs for several days and offer it to an alcoholic, then his aversion to alcoholic drinks will disappear for a long time.
You can reduce the craving for alcohol with the following folk methods:
